Step 1 – Vault Dashboard #

Access the Vault Dashboard for remote access to an staffs computer session within the Vault. Then find the company card to which the personnel is affiliated from the listed company cards.

Step 2 – Click Staff Button #

Then, click the “Staff” button on the selected company card to reach the page where the personnel are listed.

Step 3 – Remote Control #

Find the personnel you want remote access on the page that opens and click the Remote Control (monitor icon) button from the buttons that appear, and you can access the computer session of the selected personnel remotely.

Step 4 – Final #

In the window that opens, you can start controlling the session remotely. When you need administrator permission, you can give admin authorization to your remote access by clicking the Admin Authorization button (personnel icon).
